Our Repair Policies:
Mexico and Honduras
Quality
We strive to do a quality job on every piece of equipment that we
repair for you. After the repair has been completed, we test all
the functions of the control box or motor on a sewing machine in
our shop. We have sewing machines in our shop for this purpose.
Turn-Around-Time
Our goal is to receive your equipment one day, and have it back
to you within one week. We know that you do not always have spare
equipment in your factory, and you need the equipment back immediately.
If your repair should be delayed, we will notify you, and explain
the delay.
Warranty
We make every effort to send your equipment back in good working
order, but should it not work when you receive it, we have a 30-day
warranty. We request that you contact us before sending an item
back under warranty, so that you can speak with one of our technicians
about the problem. Sometimes, we find that something else on your
machine may be causing the problem, and one phone call can save
you down-time.
